The goal of this tool is to help you become more aware of your body, emotions and patterns.  Fill out the date and then you can use shorthand for annotating.  I like to use words, letters and symbols.  Drugs include: Caffine, Sugar, Alcohol, Cannabis, Cigarettes, Aspirins, etc..

As you do this for a month you will learn a lot about yourself.
